
Society, especially women, are imprisoned by the numbers on the scale without even realizing they dont actually mean much in terms of health. Eat and move in a way that energizes you. Your body fat percentage will naturally drop and your lean muscle mass will rise. When I started training, I was a size 14 and 151 pounds. I am now a size 6, but am roughly 160 pounds. The scale is not a reflection of my health, my worth, my character or my image. Ditch the attachment to your scale!
